What is the Second Chance option?

The Second Chance option gives you a second chance to pass a Van Haren Certify exam if you do not pass on your first attempt. This option must be purchased before you take the exam for the first chance.

How can I purchase the Second Chance option?

When ordering your original VHLS exam, you can choose to purchase the Second Chance option for an additional cost. This option can be purchased by clicking here. You can also purchase the second chance at a later time please note that you do this before taking the exam for the first time. Keep the order confirmation well, you must provide it if you want to use the second chance option if you did not pass the first chance of the exam.

What should I do if I fail my exam?

If you do not pass your exam, contact our support team at solutions@vanharen.net. Inform them that you would like to use your Second Chance for the Van Haren certN exam and include your order confirmation that shows the Second Chance voucher code. After contacting us we provide you with a second chance voucher.

Can I get a refund for the Second Chance option if I pass my exam?

No, Second Chance vouchers cannot be refunded, even if you pass the exam.

How long is my Second Chance voucher valid?

Second Chance vouchers are valid for one year after purchase, just like the original vouchers.

How do I receive my new exam voucher after failing my first attempt?

Our support team will provide you with a new exam voucher once you have informed them that you want to use your Second Chance option. Make sure to include your order confirmation when you make your request.
