1. Preparation Phase (1-3 months)
   - Make an index (draft of the storyline)
   - Establish Segment
   - Establish Definitions
   - Draft eco-system
   
   
2. Consensus (1 month)
   - Request feedback
   - Define size
   - Find market
   - Find reviewers
   - Discuss with Publisher
   
   
3. Start Writing (3-9 months)
   
   
4. Review (1-3 months)
   The more reviewers, the better! Both for the quality and sales potential of the book. 5. Revise (1-2 months)
   The last mile is to review all the corrections from the reviewers and the publisher. This is an exhausting process, but crucial for quality. When the process is complete, the work for you as an author is pretty much done!
   
   
6. Publishing (2 months)
   Now Van Haren Publishing will make the manuscript in to a booklet, typewriting, copy editing, lay-out and more! 
   
   
7. Launch
   It's Launchtime! Now the work actually begins. Marketing is crucial to the success of a book. So it is also very important that the author and the whole community support the book too!
