How can I redeem my exam voucher?

After your order, it takes a few minutes before you receive two emails 
Email 1: Contains an overview and order confirmation
Email 2: Is a delivery email containing your eBook download voucher(s) and/or exam voucher(s). The delivery email also contains the following information about the exam(s)

Step 1: Open your email with your exam voucher 

Step 2: You will see a 28-digit exam code. You can use this code to redeem your exam via the website of our examination partner, certN (info.certn.global).

Step 3: By clicking on the link, you will be directed to the page below. Here, you will be asked to enter your email address.

Please note: we recommend using your personal email address so that you will always retain access to your exam and certificates, even if you change jobs in the future. This email address will also serve as the username for your account.

Step 4: After entering your email address, you will receive a 6-digit verification code at that email address (as shown below).

Step 5: Enter the 6-digit verification code and click “Submit.”

 Step 6: You will now be taken to an overview page. If you have previously taken exams on this platform, they will also be displayed here. You can redeem your exam by clicking the “Redeem Voucher (Activate a New Exam)” button.

Step 7: Here, you can paste your 28-digit exam voucher code. After clicking “Submit,” the exam will appear in your overview.
