Share download materials to deligates

Since delegates have placed their order, we offer them 3 options to download our material:
1. via mail merge using excel.
2. enter the email in the shop system.
3. Forward the content of the email (copy-past) to delegates

Hereby are the detailed instructions for each option:

1. Via mail merge using the excel.

They have placed their order and they have gotten a confirmation email. This email contains an excel with order numbers of their ordered products, download URLs for each book, and download vouchers. When your students will follow your URL they will be directed to the products. They will login to their account to download your products. If they have an account, they will place their name and their password. If they do not have one, they will create an account. Afterwards, they can go to excel for your download voucher and place it in their order. Press download. The eBook is now available! They can share distribute their vouchers and download links, by using mail merge. (You can find information how to here).

2. Open your email with your download voucher.

When you enter the email address for the delegate the email will be sent to him. If he or she then presses download they can download the material. If they press Download a login pop up appears. If the user has an account will log in with his name and his password. If he does not have one, he will create an account.

Once he will be logged in the eBook will be downloaded automatically. Otherwise, he will click the button Download Ebook.

3. Order the eBook from the site and forward it to the delegate.

This is an example :

Dear [name], Here we have a few more download vouchers for you. :) Have a great day! Your downloadable product(s) eBook The eBook(s) that you have ordered is a PDF file with digital watermarking. After you have downloaded the file, you can use any program to read the e-book or any e-reader that supports PDF files. You can download your eBook(s) from the link below. There is also an excel file attached with your download voucher and the download link, this is meant as a backup. Important: because of the security, it is necessary that the e-book is downloaded by the end-user. If you are not the end-user of the e-book, please forward this mail to the end-user. The end-user is able to download the ebook(s) with the forwarder link.
