If an order has been placed, we offer three options for downloading our materials:
1. Via mail merge using Excel
2. By entering the delegate’s email address in the shop system
3. By forwarding the content of the email (copy-paste) to the delegates
Please find below the detailed instructions for each option.
- Via mail merge using Excel
Once the order has been placed, your organisation will receive both a confirmation email and a delivery email. The delivery email contains an Excel file with the order numbers of the purchased products, download URL's for each book, and download vouchers.
When your students open the provided URL, they will be directed to the product page. There, they can log in to their account to download the products.
- If they already have an account, they can log in using their username and password.
- If they do not yet have an account, they can create one first.
Afterwards, they can enter the download voucher from the Excel file and click “Download.” The eBook will then become available.
You may distribute the vouchers and download links by using mail merge. (More information can be found via this link).
2. Open your email with the download voucher
When you log in to your account, you will see your orders listed under “My eBook Library.” Next to each order line, you will find the “Assign” button. By clicking this button, you can enter the delegate’s email address for each individual voucher. The separate voucher will then automatically be sent to the delegate.
* Please note that the voucher email may occasionally end up in the delegate’s spam or junk folder.
When the delegate clicks on “Download,” the material can be downloaded. A login window will appear first:
- If the user already has an account, they can log in with their username and password.
- If the user does not yet have an account, they can create one first.
Once logged in, the eBook will automatically start downloading. If this does not happen automatically, the user can manually click the “Download eBook” button.
For further instructions regarding downloading the eBook, please visit this link.
3. Order the eBook via the website and forward it to the delegate
You may also choose to copy each individual line from the delivery email and paste it into a separate email to the delegate.
Please note that each download link is linked to a specific download code. This means that the download link from voucher line 1 does not correspond with the download voucher from voucher line 2. If the wrong combination is used, the download system will generate an error and the eBook cannot be downloaded.
You may also choose to use your own email template to distribute the vouchers to the candidates.
