How can I download my eBook?

After your order, it takes a few minutes before you receive two emails 
Email 1: Contains an overview and order confirmation
Email 2: Is a delivery email containing your eBook download voucher(s) and/or exam voucher(s). The delivery email also contains the following information about the eBook(s)

The eBook(s) that you have ordered is a PDF file with digital watermarking. After you have downloaded the file, you can use any program to read the e-book or any e-reader that supports PDF files. You can download your eBook(s) from the link below. There is also an excel file attached with your download voucher and the download link, this is meant as a backup.

Important: because of the security, it is necessary that the eBook is downloaded by the end-user. If you are not the end-user of the eBook, please forward this mail to the end-user.

How to download my eBook(s) 

Step 1: Open your email with your download voucher and click on 'Download eBook'
* Please be aware that you will receive 2 emails. Shortly after ordering an order confirmation (this mail does not yet contain your download voucher(s). After about +-5 minutes you will receive a 2nd mail containing your download voucher(s).

Step 2:
In the delivery email, click on the download link (“Download -->”), you will then be redirected to another page.

Step 3: You will be taken to the page similar to the picture below. To download the eBook, you will need to create an account or log in to an existing account. Your book will be linked to this account so that you can access your eBook at any time.

Option 1: Existing member (Log in to my account): Login to Van Haren Publishing with your email and password.
Option 2: New member (create a free account): When you are not an existing member, click on ‘Create a free Account’. 
The pop-up extends, fill out the needed information and click on ‘Create an account’.

 Step 3: Once you have logged in, you can download the eBook by clicking on ‘download your eBook’. The download will start immediately and be saved to your device. You can also access the eBook at any time via your account (by logging in to vanharen.store).

*Please be aware that once the eBook is downloaded, it is linked to that user, and you are not able to forward it.
