Since delegates have placed their order, we offer them 2 options to download our material:
- Via mail merge using the excel.
- Enter the email in the shop system.
Hereby are the detailed instructions for each option:
- Via mail merge using the excel.
They have placed their order, and they have got a confirmation email. This email contains an Excel with order numbers of their ordered products, download URLs for each book, and download vouchers. When your students will follow your URL they will be directed to the products. They will log in to their account to download your products. If they have an account, they will place their name and their password. If they do not have one**,** they will create an account. Afterwards, they can go to excel for your download voucher and place it in their order**. Press download.** The eBook is now available! They can share distribute their vouchers and download links, by using mail merge.(you can find information how to here).
2. Enter the email in the shop system.
When the delegate's email address is entered, an email will be sent to them. If the delegate subsequently presses "download," access to the material becomes available. Selecting "Download" triggers a login pop-up. If the delegate has an account, logging in will be accomplished using their name and password. In the absence of an account, an account creation step is necessary.
Once logged in, the eBook will be automatically downloaded. Otherwise, the "Download eBook" button should be clicked.
