Since delegates have placed their order, we offer them 2 options to download our material:
- via mail merge using the excel.
- enter the email in the shop system.
Hereby are the detailed instructions for each option:
- Via mail merge using the excel.
They have placed their order, and they have got a confirmation email. This email contains an Excel with order numbers of their ordered products, download URLs for each book, and download vouchers. When your students will follow your URL they will be directed to the products. They will log in to their account to download your products. If they have an account, they will place their name and their password. If they do not have one**,** they will create an account. Afterwards, they can go to excel for your download voucher and place it in their order**. Press download.** The eBook is now available! They can share distribute their vouchers and download links, by using mail merge.(you can find information how to here).
- Open your email with your download voucher. When you enter the email address for the delegate, the email will be sent to him. If he or she then presses download, they can download the material. If they press Download a login pop up appears. If the user has an account, will log in with his name and his password. If he does not have one, he will create an account.
Once he will be logged in, the eBook will be downloaded automatically. Otherwise, he will click the button Download Ebook.
