Even though you have received the link with the code, you are unable to log in.
Two reasons may account for this:
- The link and code are valid for 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed since they were issued, please return to https://certn.global and try again to receive a new code.
- An incorrect code is being used. The login code is the one you receive from support@certn.global for a one-time login. Ensure that you do not confuse it with the voucher code you received from your training provider to activate exams.
